Returns / Exchanges

Returns/ Policy:

Before you place an order, we Strongly recommend doing a lot of research on what you are purchasing.

We have a team of very helpful and knowledgeable representatives that will gladly explain any item in more detail to you.

Exchanges:

We do offer exchanges on damaged or defective items!

If you receive anything that is damaged or defective, you MUST report it to CustomerService@ClimaxSmokeShop.com WITHIN 48 Hours of the confirmed delivery!

If 48 Hours have gone by since the package was delivered and you haven't notified us, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange on it.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be 100% unused, be in the original packaging and contain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchanged. Perishable goods cannot be exchanged. We also do not exchange products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-exchangeable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Some health and personal care items.

If your item is covered by a manufacturer warranty please exchange it through the manufacturer.

After we respond to your email and have decided we can offer an exchange for the item specified, we email you a shipping label that you may print off and attach to the box and send it back to us.  We will inspect your returned item and will send you an email to let you know the status (pending, approved, rejected, etc.) of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a replacement will be sent to you asap.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged, there are RARE situations where we can help.

It MUST be 100% unused and in the original packaging.  It MUST have original receipt/ proof of purchase.  You WILL have to pay for shipping.  You WILL be charged a 23% restocking fee.
